  1. The flag is on the casket backwards... The "union" or blue field with stars always goes over the heart.

  2. well since the heart is normally in the center of the chest....

however, you are correct that the flag is backwards, the flag when placed on a casket will have the union over the left shoulder of the deceased.

  3. Much respect to those men and women who do that on a daily basis. I don't think I could do it.

  7. I still remember that day. I was with Bco. 1-26IN in Samarra then. We lost way too many great soldiers in that shithole.

  11. Not funny. You are supposed to be funny. Now pull your head out of your ass and produce FUNNY. Counsel yourself while you're at it.

  12. when you wheel a patient, you do it with the feet leading the way... thdoor is to the right so assumably they were wheeled in feet first, hence the head should be to the right and the flag is correct. I do not know why a casket is carried with the head first other than it presents the flag to the mourners properly and the casket unloads from the herse head first out the back (feet first as driven)

  16. Though most of your stuff is funny, this somber one is the best yet. The one MOS I won't poke fun at is mortuary affairs. There is too much dignity, honor, and respect for our fallen brothers and sisters to ever give the 92M's shit. Thanks for doing this one up right. MUCH RESPECT.

Now, on to messing with people. I've seen the 25B (my primary). I haven't seen a 21B (my original MOS, now secondary).
